This role will support the administrative, customer service, and accounting functions of the plant operations. This is a full-time opportunity that offers an exceptional benefits package.

• This position is designed and intended to be performed in Marshall, MO.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for taking inbound calls from customers, intra-company personnel, vendor calls, and follow through on any requests


• Responsible for paying vouchers and other weekly and monthly reports


• Interact with management staff and support them in various projects


• Ability to learn the process of creating and processing feed orders


• Ability to work effectively and professionally with internal and external customers


• Correspondence/Communication via email, phone, and mail


• Other duties as assigned by plant management

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED


• Basic office equipment knowledge


• A thorough understanding of company products


• Efficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook


• Ability to multi-task


• Excellent communication skills


• Have a valid driver license


• Experience in an office environment
