Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for multiple staff members.
Maintaining an organized and tidy reception area.
Assisting clients with inquiries and providing accurate information.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Performing general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-bilingual Spanish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Work Hours:
Tuesday - Saturday, first shift.
