Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's support team in San Antonio, TX. This role is pivotal in handling customer inquiries, offering technical support, and assisting with product-related questions for a leading U.S. manufacturer of premium room air conditioners and other home environment products. ONSITE- Mon-Tue-Wed (Required) local to San Antonio and Remote Thursday and Friday.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls related to service repair, product registration, and rebate inquiries.
Provide customers with product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support.
Direct customers to authorized dealers and distributors when necessary.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic product issues.
Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Education requirement is a High School Diploma.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
