Job Description:

Work Hours: Rotating 8 hour shifts; 40 hours per week.

Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is located at the South Plant.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

As a Manufacturing Supervisor at our South Plant in Crawfordsville, you will lead daily operations and focus on safety, productivity, and team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership : Guide and support the department, setting clear expectations and maintaining effective communication
• Data Analytics: Leverage Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, analyze production data, and generate reports to drive operational efficiency and support decision-making.
• Safety : Promote a safety-first culture through regular observations, audits, and coaching
• Efficiency & Quality : Conduct regular checks to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• Problem Solving : Assist teams in troubleshooting and overcoming production challenges
• Continuous Improvement : Work with management to drive process improvements and increase productivity

• Experience : 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally in manufacturing
• Drive: Flexible, proactive, self-starter with proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
• Continuous Improvement : Familiarity with lean or continuous improvement methods
• Bilingual : Preferred (English/Spanish)
