Job Description:

The Site Coordinator is designed to have a positive impact on the location effectiveness by supporting the Service Manager in a variety of duties. The intent of the Site Coordinator assignment is also to assist the Service Manager in developing individuals for possible future career management opportunities by gaining experience in providing leadership and direction to a field site.



This position is responsible for providing direction, assigning and monitoring workload objectives. Providing input on performance and developmental feedback and providing a link between the customer and the Service Manager for the individual site, thus supporting the objectives of the Service Manager. This position will coordinate the work of 4+ CSRs on a site.



PRINCIPAL DUTIES



  • Assist the Service Manager in ensuring the effectiveness and profitability of the Customer Service function (aftermarket revenue, installations, repairs, operator training, technical sales support and effective relationships with sales and admin).

  • Site technical leader and first point of contact for escalations.

  • Directs and schedules daily activities of the site.

  • Facilitates regularly scheduled team meetings.

  • Communicates clear site performance and operational objectives.

  • Reviews team technical performance and assist management with developing training schedule and follow-up.

  • Provides input to the Service Manager on employee's developmental needs.

  • Provides input to the Service Manager which will ensure timely performance appraisals based on the agreed upon performance parameters set for the site.

  • Reviews customer satisfaction issues and ensures follow-up activities are addressed and resolved.

  • Provides written/oral reports and/or communication to the CSRs and Management.

  • Maintains active inventory (e.g., inventory, parts).

  • Documents employee performance issues.

  • Correctly escalates technical and human resources issues as appropriate.

  • Defines and implements procedures for maintaining a controlled and structured spare parts inventory.

  • Defines and implements procedures for maintaining machine maintenance, failure and trouble-shooting history.

  • Defines and implements procedure for application and environment specific preventive maintenance and setup forecasting.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.


3-5 years technical experience in field/site Customer Service.


Excellent oral and written communication skills.


Demonstrated leadership abilities.


PC - Software literacy.


Strong Organizational skills.


Self-disciplined.


Knowledge of HR Policies/Procedures.


Working across different shifts, as needed.


Ability to handle up to 55lbs.
