Job Description
Relationship Banker (Commercial Lender)
Classification: Exempt
Reports to: Senior Relationship Banker
Summary/Objective
The Relationship Banker III is responsible for establishing and growing relationships within the bank. This involves making sales calls and developing a rapport with the customer or potential customer. Growth goals for all RBs are established for loans, deposits, and fee income, while the RB is also asked to be active in the communities we serve.

Supervisory Responsibility
Generally, this position does not have direct supervisory responsibility but may informally supervise and guide less experienced Relationship Bankers and Relationship Banking Group Assistants.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods working at a desk.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work outside of this schedule may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is expected for this position, primarily within the local area and occasional trips for Regional/Corporate meetings.
