Shift: Full-Time, Day and Night Shifts Available

What You'll Do:

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess residents' health status with the utmost care and professionalism.


• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare team members to create personalized care plans for each resident.


• Provide hands-on care, assist with treatments, and offer emotional support to residents and their families.


• Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date in compliance with facility policies and regulations.


• Be a vital part of our compassionate team, bringing your nursing skills and heart to everything you do!

What We're Looking For:

• A compassionate LPN with a current Ohio nursing license.


• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus, but not required!


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.


• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.


• Ability to thrive in a team-based environment where collaboration and empathy are key.
