Hays has partnered with a local general contractor in Livermore, CA that specializes in concrete, paving & grading projects throughout California. They are seeking MULTIPLE Project Managers to join their team with a strong flow of work for Caltrans and numerous other public projects.



Your new role

• Overseeing job sites and personnel.
  
  


• Overseeing labor projections
  
  


• Contract negotiation and administration.
  
  


• Planning and scheduling the projects.
  
  


• Negotiating and purchasing materials.
  
  


• Quality control program management.
  
  


• Maintaining client relationships.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  
  


• 3-5 years of construction project management experience.
  
  


• Prior experience with concrete, paving & grading, or Caltrans work is a MUST.
