Commercial Construction Estimator position open in Orlando FL.

As Estimator, you will be responsible for the project costing, negotiation with vendors, take-offs and budgets.


You will work with the pre-construction team to create successful bids, and you will then communicate with other operational team leaders, liaising with sub-trades, consultants, engineers and client representatives.


What you will need to succeed

• 1+ years of experience working as an Estimator


• Ground up construction experience required


• Ability to multitask and drive on time, on budget results


• Strong communication skills
