Location: Bensalem, PA

Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually

One of my clients has an opening for a Systems Engineer!



Location: Bensalem, PA (Hybrid: Onsite for the first 90 days, then hybrid; eventually fully remote except for on-call weeks)


Hours: 12 PM to 8 PM


Salary: $110,000


Work Arrangement: Hybrid (first 90 days onsite, then hybrid; eventually fully remote except for on-call weeks)


On-call Requirement: Must be in office during on-call weeks



Key Responsibilities:

• 
  System Management: Oversee the operation, performance, and availability of Windows and Linux servers, virtual appliances, hardware, Active Directory, Certificate Services, Exchange, SCCM/MCEM, SharePoint, and Federation Services.
• 
  Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform patching, upgrades, migrations, expansions, system builds, system decommissioning, and vulnerability remediation.
• 
  Documentation: Create and maintain support documentation, including Visio diagrams for project plans.
• 
  Application Support: Provide support for core applications such as Exchange, SharePoint, and Certificate Services.
• 
  On-call Support: Be available for on-call rotations and onsite visits to local branches as needed.

Technical Requirements:

• 
  Windows Experience: Strong foundation in Windows servers and services (Print, GPO, AD Sites and Services, DHCP, DNS, IIS, etc.).
• 
  Linux Experience: Nice to have (10% of environment).
• 
  Server Management: Experience with both physical (80 servers) and virtual servers (500 servers).
• 
  Application Support: Proficiency in managing Exchange, SharePoint, and Certificate Services.
• 
  Documentation: Experience with change control and documentation, particularly using Visio.

Qualifications:

• 
  Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• 
  Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
• 
  Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills.
