Your Next Career Opportunity – Account Executive I

Work with clients to negotiate lease terms on behalf of SBA and ensure the lease process and related documents are accurate and timely.

What you will Do – Primary Responsibilities

• Manage leasing process from application through agreement execution while ensuring timely processing of all leasing related inquiries.


• Analyze equipment specifications and site plans from prospective tenants and review with Site Management/RSM.


• Follow up with Site Management/RSM for approval and placement of equipment at the site and on the tower.


• Provide Leasing Manager and/or EVP with a rent analysis based on site specific conditions, market intelligence, comps, and required equipment space/mounting heights for rent calculation and approval.


• Provide all negotiated lease terms and conditions to Leasing Manager for lease or amendment production.


• Review and approve lease agreements or amendments prior to submission to prospective tenants.


• Field lease inquiries relevant to SBA towers in specified sales territory.


• Provide regular updates and reporting to Manager & others.


• Review structural analysis to make sure equipment is accurate.


• Run variance reports and prepare variance amendments as needed.


• Run report to identify expired/expiring leases and prepare renewals.


• Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be Bilingual – English & Spanish. 


• Associate's Degree in related field of study and 3-5 years relevant experience.


• H.S. Diploma/GED and 5-10 years relevant experience.


• Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word,  Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
