Cascade Surgicenter is looking to add a Patient Services Specialist to our growing team of outstanding employees. Primary Responsibilities
Greet patients, visitors, and medical staff in a consistently friendly and courteous manner.Check-in patients at front desk.Marks and obtains all necessary signatures to complete chart.Answer in-coming calls; respond to voicemail and fax requests.Process insurance co-payments.Maintain, verify, and update patient demographics and insurance information while maintaining confidentiality.Prepare patient charts, upload documentation into appropriate systems.
