Lead AMAP/Scheduler at English Meadows in Scott Depot, West Virginia

Job Description:

An Approved Medication Assistance Person working for us plays a vital role in the community's success by providing excellent personal care to our residents. AMAPs carry out the individualized care plan for each Resident assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers and are also responsible for administration of medications.

As lead you will provide mentoring of new AMAPs and caregivers. Supervision will be provided by AMAP-RN
The lead role requires the management of a 35-member team schedule. Requires reviewing campus acuity level to staffing ratio, notifying management of hiring needs, meeting budgeted hours, and reviewing time off requests.

It requires the ability to manage schedule and staffing records in electronic and paper format.
