Job Title: Meat Manager Department: Meat

General Job Description: Ordering, managing cutting operation, responsible for Gross Profit, writing work schedules, cutting and wrapping meat, unloading trucks, performs all tasks of a cutter.

Experience or Training Required: Positive performance record within Company in the Meat Department.

• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.

License or Certificate Required: Journeyman Meat cutter

• Determining quantity and quality of product needed.

• Ordering and receiving inventory.

• Managing employees.

• Properly dating and rotating sales products.

• Determining proper cutting procedures.

• Knows cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

• Presenting products in case.

• Operating powered machinery.

• Uses hand tools.

• Enforces Company Policies.
