Our client, in the pharmaceutical space, is looking to add a Creative Service Manager to their team. This person will have experience creating patient-engagement solutions for to market to pharmaceutical companies. The Creative Service Manager position is a 6+ month contract role with the potential to extend and/or convert full-time and would be remote working EST hours. You must have at least 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development: Create visually engaging assets including web pages PowerPoint decks, brochures, digital ads, infographics, social media content, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials that align with branding, audience messaging and business goals/KPIs.
Digital & Print Collateral: Design both digital and print materials for campaigns, product launches, internal/external communications, etc.
Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, commercial, and leadership to ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, compliance standards, and business/dept needs.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in all design work by adhering to the brand style guide.
Multimedia Projects: Contribute to multimedia projects, including video content, motion graphics, and interactive web designs, aimed at educating patients and healthcare providers.
User Experience (UX) Design: Apply UX principles to create user/audience-friendly web pages
Creative Problem Solving: Translate complex business or product models into easy-to-understand, visually appealing designs that resonate with diverse audiences.
Leverage data analytics and customer insights to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and trends to inform strategy and improve engagement
Ensure all engagement activities comply with local regulations and SOP
Corporate Marketing & Communications
Work with Marketing team to develop and implement strategic brand development initiatives, scaling and evolving the brand's identity to meet business objectives and market demands.
Oversee all aspects of design ensuring user-friendly, visually appealing, and brand-consistent web experiences.
Oversee the development and execution of web design, collateral, digital and print projects, ensuring user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices are implemented.
Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to create compelling presentations for internal and client-facing purposes, effectively communicating design ideas and strategies.
Conceptualize new brand assets and brand guideline extensions to keep catalog updated and fresh.
Drive the creative direction of projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, on-brand, and timely delivery of all design materials.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
Team Management
Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand/product messaging, positioning, and alignment with overall business strategies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred .
Experience: 10+ years of experience in graphic design, with direct experience in pharma or pharmacy preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD), Figma
Knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere or After Effects (a plus)
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
Understanding of printing processes and production
Experience with HTML/CSS and HubSpot
ADA compliance experience
Expertise in PowerPoint design under Qualifications - Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with a demonstrated ability to create visually engaging and impactful presentations.
Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple channels (digital, print, social, etc.).
