Project Manager - Multifamily at HAYS in San Diego, California

Job Description:

My client is embarking on an ambitious project to develop three plots of land in San Diego, each with c 250 residential units, totaling a project value of $70 million per plot. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifamily Project Manager to oversee these developments from inception to completion.
You will work directly with owners/clients, subcontractors, internal accounting, and the construction management team. You will manage the efforts of assigned Project Engineers, Sr. Project Engineers and/or Project Managers I or II (depending on assigned project) while directly reporting to the Division of Construction. To be considered for the role, you must have a minimum of 10 years in solid multi-family project management with contract values from $10-$100 million.


The base pay range is $146,000-$219,000 per annum. The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
