Availability: Monday to Friday



Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 per year + 10% Bonus + Overtime

Job Description:



We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our day shift operations at our RTE Meat Facility. As a key leader in our team, you will ensure the efficient production of deli meats, sandwiches, pizza toppings, and other ready-to-eat meat products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the meat industry and a proven track record of leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
  
  


• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff.
  
  


• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
  
  


• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary.
  
  


• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules.
  
  


• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
  
  


• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
  
  


• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  
  

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within the RTE/Meat industry.
  
  


• Strong character and integrity-based approach to leadership.
  
  


• Bilingual ability is a plus.
