We are seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt to lead our client's Rx Process Optimization Support project. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare and pharmacy benefit management. A Black Belt certification is required.



Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage process improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies.


• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.


• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.


• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.


• Provide training and mentorship to team members on Six Sigma principles.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.


• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt


• Pharmacy Benefit Manager or healthcare experience
