Description: Description: The Senior HRBP is a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business strategy. This role drives organizational effectiveness, leads HR initiatives, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. The Senior HRBP guides leadership through change management and ensures HR programs support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise executive leadership on HR strategies.
Design and implement HR initiatives for business success.
Lead organizational structure optimization.
Oversee change management initiatives.
Develop and execute talent management strategies.
Coach and mentor senior leadership.
Utilize HR analytics for data-driven insights.
Advise on performance management processes.
Resolve complex employee relations issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Enhance employee engagement and morale.
Collaborate with HR centers of excellence.
Drive innovation in HR practices.
Lead strategic projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, or related field.
8+ years of HR experience.
Expertise in multiple HR disciplines.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
S/PHR or SHRM-S/CP certification is a plus.
