Our client, a highly regarded AV-rated law firm in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Business, Commercial, and Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 3+ years of experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including NYSE-listed companies, real estate developers, contractors, and investors.


About the Role:

• Draft and review real property leases, purchase and sale agreements, business formation documents, corporate governance materials, and more.


• Primary focus on real estate transactions and business governance, some M&A


• Work closely with clients on sophisticated transactional matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
