Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team under a contract basis. This role primarily focuses on data management, ensuring the accurate organization, entry, and analysis of information within our office systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining data integrity while supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets, ensuring high levels of accuracy and integrity.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, providing insights to support decision-making.
Record Keeping: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and records.
Reporting: Generate regular reports and summaries based on data analysis to support departmental objectives and initiatives.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support various projects and tasks, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role, with a strong emphasis on data management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
