Commercial Title Abstractor



Duration - 1 Year, Contract, W2


Location - REMOTE, Pacific Time Zone Hours


Pay - $20.28/hr


Duties:


* Provides Nationwide title services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by assembling title packages, searching for tax documentation or performing other research related to escrow and title closings.


* Conducts title research to compile search packages ranging in complexity, that require research and investigation


* Primarily focused on residential and commercial transactions; Follows standard procedures and guidelines


* Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams


* Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided


* Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options


* Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team


* Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach; Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload Performs all other duties as assigned by management


Qualifications:


* High school diploma required and 2+ years of experience in Title Services Required


* Commercial and Residential Title Experience Required


* Highly Organized and Detailed


* Ability to manage competing priorites
