Our Bankruptcy department is currently seeking a highly organized Research Clerk to join our team. The research clerks' primary purpose is to research new bankruptcy business case filings. They will review several docket reports and insert the business names in several search engines in order to verify if the business has any accounts within the clients our firm collects for; if accounts are located, then they will build the bankruptcy case in our systems and then produce the documents needed to be filed within that case. Additionally, the research clerk will prepare claims and notices of appearance. We are looking for candidates who have great research and multitasking skills, understand different business entities, and can think creatively. Bankruptcy experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Salary: $40,000/$19.23 per hour
Hours : 8am-5pm
