We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to amplify our story and connect our solutions with the clients and learners who need them most.
Position Summary
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the creative force driving our brand presence and business growth. This position helps expand brand awareness, drive engagement, support client acquisition efforts, and promote enrollment growth through content creation, digital marketing, and event coordination. You'll craft compelling stories about our educational impact, build meaningful relationships with potential clients, and create marketing campaigns that convert interest into action.
The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director and works collaboratively to develop marketing strategies, with responsibility for executing and implementing those strategies across multiple platforms. Additionally, this role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with potential clients to support business development efforts for LX Studio. This isn't just marketing-it's about expanding access to transformative learning experiences.
Department Specific Essential Job Functions
Marketing & Brand Development
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing plans for LX Studio's consulting services and Connected Campus online programs.
Create marketing materials from in-depth blog posts and case studies to targeted email campaigns and promotional content.
Collaborate with internal teams and faculty to capture authentic stories that showcase our educational impact.
Lead our social media strategy with data-driven approaches that build meaningful engagement.
Manage and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels while adapting content strategies based on audience insights.
Track performance metrics and optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI.
Client Acquisition & Event Coordination
Support client acquisition efforts by developing targeted marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies, and outreach materials the convert prospects into clients.
Proactively build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term engagement and business development opportunities.
Help plan and execute marketing initiatives for conferences, trade shows, and recruitment events.
Represent LX Studio and Connected Campus at internal and external events to promote programs, attract new clients, and build awareness.
Market Analytics & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, student needs, and competitor positioning.
Use analytics to identify growth opportunities and inform to inform marketing and client acquisition strategies.
Develop reports and presentations on marketing performance, audience engagement, and client acquisition efforts.
Qualifications/Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience and 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
Qualifications/Experience Preferred
Experience with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Background in consultative selling or relationship-based business development
Prior experience in higher education marketing, consulting services, or online learning programs.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, content marketing, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
Understanding of lead generation techniques and client acquisition strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing materials.
Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Ability to use project management tools to track and prioritize tasks.
Ability to analyze marketing data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Proficiency in project management tools to prioritize, schedule, communicate, and achieve project tasks and goals.
Experience working with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new marketing technologies and trends.
