Job Description:

Location: Construction and Facilities Management Office, 6700 East J Street, Hastings NE


Job Duties:


*Maintains all the grounds and landscape to include using chemical uses
*Operating power tools such as mowers, snow removal equipment and a variety of tools of the trade
*Performs unskilled and semi-skilled building maintenance
*Utilizes a computer to document maintenance of equipment
*Check and stock inventory of supplies
*Clean public areas to ensure sanitation and safety are maintained
*Other duties as assigned



Starting hourly pay rate is $16.157.




Requirements/ Qualifications:




Minimum Qualifications: No specific education, training, or experience is required.



Other: Background check will be required. Must have a valid driver's license.
