Volt is immediately hiring for a HR Assistant in Syracuse, NY.
As a HR Assistant you will:
Maintain employee records, process paperwork, and answer HR-related inquiries.
Post job openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information, including personal details, employment history, and performance evaluations.
Assist with payroll processing and track employee time and attendance.
Address employee questions or concerns and contribute to a positive work environment.
This is a Full-time opportunity. Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
The ideal candidate will have:
Associate degree or pertinent college-level courses.
Two years of administrative/office management experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Pay Rate:$20.00 per hour to $25.88 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
