Who we are looking for

We are looking for a hands-on Human Resources Technology Manager with extensive experience driving innovative HR technology solutions and leading complex technology projects covering large global financial services organizations. The candidate should have 15+ years of HR software development and maintenance experience in financial services organizations and be an expert in design, architecture and development of large-scale enterprise applications. This hands-on role will partner with senior-level development managers, architects and business leadership to develop and execute the technology product roadmap.

What you will be responsible for

As the Human Resources Technoloy Manager, you will:


  • Lead and manage a team of Workday Integration Specialists, HR application experts and infrastructure support professionals to support Global Human Resources portfolio of applications.

  • Partner with GHR stakeholders in evaluating new software solutions and provide guidance and expertise during the evaluation and onboarding processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Global Cyber Security, Compliance, and internal and external vendors to achieve project goals.

  • Manage all Workday Integrations work including development, day to day support, implementation plans, change management function and release testing for all data flow from Workday to and from internal and external platforms.

  • Manage Workday integration performance, troubleshooting of issues, and ensure optimal system functionality.

  • Manage multiple work streams and effectively prioritize based on business need and criticality level

  • Ensure efficient utilization of team resources to achieve organizational goals

  • Partner with other technical teams and GHR business partners to evaluate and implement new integration capabilities and system enhancements

  • Manage and maintain the infrastructure that supports Workday integrations and HR applications, including Linux servers, SQL Server Databases, Oracle Databases, and networking components.

  • Manage and maintain disaster recovery plans for all infrastructure supporting Global Human Resources.

  • Ensure HR technology solutions align with all relevant GCS requirements and organizational policies and implement solutions, such as Single Sign-on, MFA, Customer Managed Key,

  • Identify and Access Management integrations across the GHR portfolio.

  • Collaborate with compliance teams to implement controls and manage completion, for new and existing applications, SDLC tollgates such as architecture reviews and cyber security reviews across the GHR portfolio.

  • Strong understand of Workday business processes including end to end payroll processing and Human Capital Management.

  • Strong understanding of GCS compliance requirements and best practices. Keen understanding of implementing SSO, Multifactor Authentication, CMK and IAM processing

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Experience with HR platforms and technologies.

  • Experience in building Workday integration and a keen understanding of Workday Integration technologies: Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, Document Transformation, PECI, XLST, XML, Workday EIB, Workday Connectors, SOAP and REST APIs.

  • Experience in managing infrastructure components, including those related to Linux, Sql Server and Oracle Databases.

  • Experience with managing and executing Disaster Recovery plans

  • Experience with managing file transfer activity, including network segmentation, firewall rules, SFTP, NDM, Autosys, Key rotations and PGP activity.

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software development

  • Knowledge of Workday security administration

  • Strong technical and working knowledge of HR systems and applications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively manage team resources with competing priorities and changing requirements

  • Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering business value through HR technology.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.

  • Must have a commitment to compliance and risk mitigation.


Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above and 15 years or more work experience in related roles.

  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, absorb, and analyze information quickly and independently

  • Proven ability to develop and work with cross functional processes and project timelines

  • Excellent follow-through, attention to detail and time management skills

$140,000 - $222,500 Annual
