As a Sr Capability Analyst (Product Owner), you will play a crucial role in defining project goals, identifying areas for process improvement, and providing innovative solutions that impact millions of lives. Collaborating with the development team and stakeholders, you will be the voice of the business, translating complex requirements into actionable features and user stories for the Government Operations application suite. This cross-functional role involves creating and reviewing requirements, facilitating product changes, and working with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals. This position offers the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you tackle significant challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Product Owner on a Scrum Team, guiding the team towards the correct objectives.
Actively participate in project meetings, collaborating with Business Stakeholders and End Users to understand their needs.
Create features that meet the Definition of Ready (DOR), ensuring they are clearly defined, feasible, and valuable.
Write user stories in Given-When-Then (GWT) format and maintain an organized backlog.
Prioritize the Scrum Team's backlog based on business value.
Ensure the correct implementation of user stories by clarifying uncertainties and assisting in task breakdown.
Assess the work done by the Development Team, providing feedback to ensure adherence to requirements and quality standards.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and solution design meetings.
Regularly communicate with the Scrum Team and Business Stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment with the product vision.

Qualifications:
Experience in capturing requirements in a healthcare claims setting.
Proven experience in managing a project from ideation to post-deployment.
Knowledge of CSP Facets (frontend and backend).
Experience with Claims on CSP Facets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Understanding of Agile Methodology.
Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
