The Judge Group has partnered with a leading global food manufacturer expanding their US business footprint starting with their suburban Chicago based flagship plant. We're looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor or Lead from the food manufacturing industry. This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of quality and safety of all associates on the assigned lines
  
  


• Responsible for reporting out efficiencies, line targets, defects, and quality numbers to manager at the end of every shift
  
  


• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and warehouse departments throughout the entire production process
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• HS Diploma with Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred


• 2+ years of quality supervisory experience in an SQF, BRC, AIB type of food environment
  
  


• Food or Consumer Packaged Goods or related industry experience
