Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Editorial & Operations Specialist


Title: Editorial & Operations Specialist
Job Type: Full-time/Contract on W2
Duration: 7+ Months
Locations: Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, MO (Hybrid - Mon-Wed in office; Thurs-Fri in office or remote)

As an Editorial & Operations Specialist, you will:

• Participate in or support low-complexity initiatives within Business Execution


• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables


• Receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters


• Develop an understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


• Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution

The ideal candidate will have:

• Editorial experience in managing communications, publications, or reports


• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite


• Experience routing content for subject matter expert review and approval


• Project coordination skills with a high attention to detailTechnology proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF documents


• Experience in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines


• Financial experience is not required, but exposure to investment content is a plus

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: Between $30-$40per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
