Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to support their client in San Jose, CA. This position is temp-to-hire, with a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Review daily submissions of special incident reports (SIR).
Review daily submissions of COVID consumer forms and staff forms.
Send submissions from the general email box to assigned service coordinators, officers of the day, district managers, etc.
Electronically submit Special Incident Reports in SANDIS.
Update Special Incident Reports spreadsheets with accurate data.
Collaborate with the SIR department team to ensure seamless operations.
Utilize basic knowledge of Excel for data management tasks.
Maintain good communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
Demonstrate strong data entry skills to ensure precision in all tasks.
Qualifications
Experience with data entry and maintaining accuracy in data management.
Basic knowledge of Excel is required.
Good communication skills are essential for effective team collaboration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage data efficiently.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
