What You'll Do:
Engage members using interactive teller software, delivering exceptional service and support
Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Respond to member inquiries and provide financial guidance
Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend products that align with members' needs
Ensure account security by following fraud prevention protocols and company policies
Balance daily transactions and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
What You Bring:
Customer service or banking experience preferred
