My Manufacturing Client is seeking a Part Time Drug Testing and Badging Tech to join their team in Arlington! This will be about 6 hours a day with a 1 hour lunch, so around 24-30+ hours a week
MUST BE BILINGUAL-SPANISH/ENGLISH as most of the population you are helping are 90% Spanish speaking
Hours of operations are M-F 9:30-3:30 with a 1-hour lunch

Someone heavy in Customer service, coming from a forward-facing customer service role, working with the customer and solving their problem
Drug testing a PLUS
There are 2 offices, one in Farmers Branch and one in Arlington, you will be assigned to Arlington, BUT on occasion if they need someone to cover for the Farmers Branch location, you will be given notice, but would need to report to the office, on a "as needed basis"

Main function; Drug testing and badging, paperwork
Additional duties; At the end of the day, there is a cleaning crew that cleans the facility, but during the day, each Drug Tester/Badge Tech, will need to clean the restrooms as needed throughout the day, after testing
Day to day duties:
Speaking directly with clients and clients' employees
Participate in virtual team meetings with corporate employees and management
Heavy data entry in company's proprietary operating system
Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
Perform hands-on drug screening services
Package drug test specimens for shipment to testing laboratory and complete drug test chain-of-custody forms
General upkeep and cleaning of the facilities
Front line customer service - in person, telephone, email
Print and mail client photo identification badges
Processing of background check and drug test results
Onsite badging support for clients
Onsite drug testing services for clients
Other related functions unique to a particular geographic area or as required
Corporate support services, national operations inventory support services

Education requirements:
