The Production Scheduler ensures smooth workflow across multiple departments by managing schedules, tracking capacity, and distributing work orders. This role also monitors production efficiency metrics and supports order processing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and distribute production schedules.
Track department capacity and communicate availability.
Facilitate daily production meetings.
Release work order travelers to Assembly, Parts, FMS, and Paint Line.
Optimize scheduling methods and track efficiency metrics.
Process web orders and provide lead times for Customer Relations.
Maintain and update ERP system, generate reports, and retain records.
Collaborate with Engineering on released documents and parts.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5+ years in manufacturing/production scheduling.
Technical Skills: Visual ERP experience a plus.
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with some flexibility)
Pay Range: $24 - $35/hr DOE + annual bonus
