As a pivotal Leader of the Administrative Support Team, your responsibilities will be wide ranging including but not limited to:
Utilize the Service Now platform to assess and assign each Attorney request
Supervise the workflow of the Assistant Center Team, create team schedules and delegate tasks
Assess the work performance of employees and identify areas that need improvement, giving performance improvement feedback as needed
Participate in the performance appraisal process in collaboration with HR
Generate reporting on utilization
Maintain target SLAs established by team management, troubleshooting and problem solving as necessary
Provide coaching and training as needed to Assistant team demonstrating knowledge of company resources and reinforcing best practices and procedures
Ensure high quality support is being provided and tasks are completed based on urgency
Foster high standards of client service
Work closely with other US-based managers on performance-related matter
Assist with special projects at an Executive-level (i.e. booking travel, manage calendars, schedule meetings, book conference rooms, collaborate with vendors, approving expense reports, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
Associates' degree/Bachelor's degree
2-4 years of supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership in a professional services setting
4-5 years of Executive Administrative support experience in the legal or professional services industry
Strong technical skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel as well as the ability to learn additional programs used by the support team / must be tech-savvy and a fast learner of new company software
Ability to learn and implement best practices for support as outlined during training and coaching sessions.
Must possess an extreme level of professionalism, as this role supports Attorneys and other high-level Exectuives for the firm
