Job Description:

NOTE - this role will be local to Bentonville, Arkansas. It will be hybrid with the expectation of meeting clients in-person, on-site, as needed.

Our leadership team is currently seeking a Senior Sales Leader to evolve our presence in the Northwest Arkansas area, driving business results by producing a well-managed, profitable and growing book of business opportunities. This individual will be critical to building a new business and should have an entrepreneurial drive to start and grow new things.


Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand.



What You'll Do



  • This individual will work across a variety of industryportfolios and network of companies to grow new business.

  • Drive development of account strategy and sales activity in partnership with the account and practice leaders.

  • Collaborate with our alliance partners to drive joint sales activity, including AWS, Salesforce, Google Cloud, and Microsoft.

  • Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new Master Service Agreements (MSA's).

  • Target, develop and maintain key buyer/influencer relationships across multiple client accounts.

  • Define win themes based on our competition and contribute to proposal development.


What You'll Bring



  • 10+ years of demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets using a consultative, solution-oriented approach in the Professional Services Industry.

  • Passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand.

  • Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.

  • Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales and building relationships with CXOs and business decision-makers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Alignment to Slalom's core values to build trust within the communities and clients we serve.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary range is $150,000 to $215,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for quarterly and annual discretionary bonuses. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
