Slalom's Executive Programs team partners with senior leadership and key stakeholders to bring high-impact initiatives to life. We support complex projects, strategic programs, and executive-led initiatives that align with Slalom's vision and business priorities. Our work includes high-visibility internal and client-facing initiatives, where seamless planning, execution, and collaboration are essential.
As a Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Executive Programs, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives. You'll work closely with senior leaders, internal teams, and external partners to drive operational excellence and enhance the impact of our projects.
What You'll Do
Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, internal events, and executive programs.
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.
Facilitate collaboration across departments, aligning stakeholders and driving progress on key initiatives.
Manage project workflows, identifying challenges, and implementing solutions to maintain momentum.
Prepare reports and documentation, tracking project milestones, action items, and overall progress.
Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms to enhance efficiency.
Assist in organizing executive meetings and events, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee vendor and contractor coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Partner with finance teams to assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Contribute to strategic discussions, offering insights on improving processes and driving operational efficiencies.
What You'll Bring
6-8 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
A passion for creating seamless and impactful executive-driven initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $71,000-$95,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
