Job Description:

Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a locally based client looking for a Staff Accountant to join their growing team. Applicants must have experience with job costing, large scale account reconciliations. and come from a private sector background. This role is in - office and will require candidates to be onsite 5 days a week at their Bethesda location. If interested, please do not hesitate to apply with your most up to date resume.


Job Responsibilities

• Job Costing Experience


• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables


• Complex Reconciliation Experience, with a focus on Bank Reconciliations for large accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations for both payroll and operating accounts.


• Manage auto leases.


• Assist with AP/AR cash reconciliation during mid-month and month-end close.


• Reconcile investment bank accounts.


• Process credit card transactions.
