Job Description:

Location: Moorestown, NJ (Hybrid - 50% on site)


Salary: 135-150K


In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will also be involved in the architectural design and implementation of solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.



Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Java Development: Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications and services, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.


• 
  System Design & Architecture: Contribute to the architectural design of systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.


• 
  Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.


• 
  SQL Expertise: Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval, and design database schemas as needed.


• 
  Code Quality & Best Practices: Follow best practices for coding standards, code reviews, version control, and testing.


• 
  Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in code and database queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  Java Development: Proven experience in Java development (at least 5+ years).


• 
  Design & Architecture: Experience in designing and architecting Java applications with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and high performance.


• 
  SQL: Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).


• 
  Frameworks & Tools: Familiarity with common Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) and development tools (e.g., Maven, Git).


• 
  Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.


• 
  Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
