As Content Manager (Temporary) you will plan and execute SEO/GEO and Thought Leadership content that helps improve brand consideration, supports B2B marketing campaigns, and increases reach and engagement across digital channels, including websites and social media. The ideal candidate is comfortable turning original research and insights into unique, compelling content such as reports, speaker talking points, SEO/GEO-friendly articles, blogs and web pages, and more. You will work closely with Social Media, Community, Demand Gen, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing teams and report to the Senior Manager of Content Strategy and Brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with research, insights and SEO teams to identify content opportunities and create briefs for content that is optimized for and improves visibility on web search, generative search and social media.
Partner with SEO and Marketing Web Ops to identify and execute regular website and content optimizations, such as addressing broken links and page speed issues.
Revise existing content, updating to ensure accuracy while aligning content with our company priorities and brand voice.
Source and refine UGC such as stock photos and guest articles, in partnership with the Social Media Lead and Community team.
Support ad hoc B2B marketing programs, including member education, awards programs, events, and other B2B communications.
Peer review content from across the B2B marketing team, providing feedback and support.
Write copy, as needed.
SUCCESSFUL CONTENT ASSOCIATE CANDIDATES HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
5+ years of experience working in a content marketing or content strategy, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail, storytelling, and brand voice.
A strategic approach to written content, with a deep understanding of the role that headings, hooks, formatting, length, hyperlinks, etc. play in successful content.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders to understand content and campaign briefs and goals.
Experience working in a CMS, such as Wordpress or Webflow, is highly desirable.
