Responsibilities
Supervise equipment operators during well abandonment and intervention services, ensuring safe work practices and efficient operations
Coordinate activities on the rig floor, liaising with the well-site supervisor and customer representatives
Maintain well control and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
Plan daily tasks, direct duties, and conduct safety meetings for the team
Perform calculations, troubleshoot issues, and adapt to changing conditions with minimal supervision
Attend specialized training courses and work on a 24-hour call status, both onshore and offshore
Requirements
Broad knowledge of well abandonment and intervention equipment and services
Previous offshore rig experience and strong supervisory skills
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and perform advanced tasks with minimal supervision
Commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures
Preferences
Experience in problem-solving and working in close quarters with others
Familiarity with technical formulas and procedures related to well operations
