Job Description:

Weatherford have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change Management Lead to join the team in Houston. The Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving organizational change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. The role will work closely with leadership, project teams, and employees to ensure smooth transitions, minimize resistance, and maximize the benefits of transformation efforts.



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies that support business transformation goals.
  • Conduct impact assessments to understand the effect of transformation on employees, processes, and culture.
  • Define and track key success metrics to measure change adoption and effectiveness.
  • Address resistance to change and ensure that impacted employees receive the necessary support.
  • Identify training needs and oversee the development of learning materials.
  • Ensure employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new ways of working.
  • Work with HR and Learning & Development teams to integrate change management into training programs.
  • Support the design and implementation of new business processes, systems, and structures.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and resistance points.
  • Ensure that change is sustained post-implementation through reinforcement strategies.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, IT, and HR to align transformation efforts.
  • Collect feedback and refine change management strategies based on lessons learned.
  • Promote a culture of agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior leaders and project teams to ensure alignment and commitment to change initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a communication plan that informs and engages stakeholders at all levels.
  • Maintain effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external.

Experience & Education:


Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management within large-scale business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in digital transformation, ERP implementations, or process reengineering.
Preferred:
  • Master's preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


Required:
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Travel Requirement: This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 25-50%.
