BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated IT Delivery Program Manager in Fully Remote.
Position Title: IT Delivery Program Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Anticipated Start Date: 10th-March-2025 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration: 24+ months contract to permanent

Pay Range: $50.00/hr - $54.00/hr

Job Description:
Establish project plans, resources, budgets and timeframes.
Track and communicate project progress, milesontes. Deliverable changes and dependencies within the schedule, costs, issues and risks.
Assure that every project is properly managed (Project control, schedule, financial control, billing, account management and project status reporting).
Adherence of Project Management with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Ensure deliverables are in compliance with organization's policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with internal teams such as process engineers, architects, solution delivery team and testing team to ensure deliverables in time.
Conduct regular project meeting with project team and interlocks with other dependency functions.
Function as a single focal point of contact (POC) during project delivery phase.
Review and compile defects and Change Requests during project delivery phase.
Monitor and ensure compliance of the project delivery.
Identifying and mitigating various risks and coming up with contingency plan
Prepare project feasibility studies, cost benefits analysis and proposals for appropriate management and project sponsors review
Responsible of controlling and tracking project budget, costing & reporting.
Timely update to PMO on any status and issues pertaining to project delivery of service.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of working experience in IT software project management with proven implementations in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and juggle projects and assignments with excellent time management.
Ability to effetcively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at a time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results to meet timelines.
Experience managing vendors, suppliers & providers relationships and understanding of standard practices
Ability to manage stakeholder expectation based on KPI
Must be a strong analytical thinker and attentive to details
Passionate, detailed and diligent, a team player and willing to learn attitude
Proactive, solution oriented mindset with ability to drive teams toward success
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Wide understanding of the state of the art technologies/solutions and able to interpret into business implication
Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
Ability to work off the standard working hours and low supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet, JIRA.
Knowledge on broad range of business and IT experiences; has achieved technical and/or business certification(s) will be advantage.
PMP or PRINCE2 Certification is preferred.
