Volt is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Lead (Team Leader) in Fresno, CA


As a Manufacturing Lead you will:

• Help guide a team on the production floor.
• Ensures that work is done safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards.
• Will act as a bridge between workers and management, making sure that goals are clear, problems are solved quickly, and the team stays on track.
• Make sure everything runs smoothly in your assigned area.
• Ensure team members follow safety rules and meet quality expectations.
• Teach new employees how to do their jobs properly and help others improve.
• Share goals, updates, or problems with both workers and managers.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and others to solve issues fast.

This is a Full-Time opportunity.

2nd shift -1pm to 9pm Monday-Friday

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to speak and write in both English and Spanish
• Understand how machines and equipment work
• Be familiar with manufacturing processes and safety rules.
• Comfort using computers for tasks like tracking production and reporting issues.
• Use company software (Sage) to manage workflows and updates.

Pay Rate: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
