We are currently seeking Temporary Manufacturing Specialists for Day, Swing, and Night shifts to support our growing operations from May/June through September 2025. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in medical device manufacturing while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Shift Details:


  • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (5x8 schedule)
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (5x8 schedule)
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM (4x10 schedule, Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat)

Benefits & Compensation:


  • Competitive hourly wages: $23 - $30/hour

  • Shift differentials: 10% for Swing Shift, 15% for Grave Shift, plus a stackable 5% for all weekend shifts.
  • Hands-on training in medical device assembly, offering valuable career experience.

Duration: Temporary, 3-4 months

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Perform complex assembly of engineering and prototype builds with limited documentation and supervision.
  • Operate automated and manual assembly equipment efficiently.
  • Set up workstations and prepare multiple assembly lines.
  • Conduct first-level troubleshooting and perform basic equipment recoveries and repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance and monitor system performance.
  • Conduct microscope inspections to ensure quality standards.
  • Follow production work instructions, schedules, and assembly diagrams.
  • Utilize factory software to track and prioritize work in progress.
  • Provide written and verbal reports on process, design, and component issues encountered during assembly.

Education & Experience Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, intricate components.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Windows, MS Office).
  • Strong willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills & Experience:


  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • Knowledge in assembly, production, and quality control practices.
  • Experience with manual soldering, circuit board assembly, and quality control.
  • Previous IPC-A-610 certification.
  • Familiarity with electronics manufacturing and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Microscope inspection experience.

  • Must possess specific vision abilities required including close vision and distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds.
  • Ability to work in either standing or sitting positions.
