Job Description:

Your new company is a GC based in San Antonio, operating in 4 states (continuing growth) with a combined revenue of 170 million. San Antonio's office hit 70 million - planning for stable growth, with pipelines of work with QuickTrip, HEB, Dicks etc.



Your new role, as Project Manager, will keep you local in San Antonio, managing multiple projects throughout the state. Required to have a proven track record of managing multiple projects at a time, with ground up - completion experience in retail spaces.



What you'll need to succeed : JUST DO IT, GO GET IT DONE ATTITUDE. Know the Trade Market. Managing from Dirt to Completion of the Ground Up Projects working for a General Contractor. Operations/Systems Background Preferred. Related work required: Shopping Centers, Gas Stations, Retail Development, Distribution Centers etc.
