This firm is a long-standing client of ours that manages commercial projects in NYC. Their project portfolio covers corporate offices, private schools, healthcare clinics, veterinary offices, some street-level retail. They also do multifamily residential, and some luxury residential. The company is growing, and now they are looking for the right people to join their team!



Your new role


As the superintendent, you will be responsible for directing the workflow of the project on site, be consistent with the project schedule and all safety and quality standards. The Superintendent provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a mid-level leader. The Superintendent communicates project priorities to site staff and all subcontractors, serving as the primary leader on site for the construction project.



What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years' interiors construction experience in NYC
  
  


• Experience working for commercial General Contractors in NYC
  
  


• Experience in a management or supervisory position
  
  


• Desire to help grow a business and take on additional responsibilities in the future
