The ideal candidate is local to the Flagstaff area. The General Foreman works closely with the Project Superintendents and Assistant Project Superintendents to ensure successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive knowledge of multiple HVAC system applications: Supply, Return, Exhaust,
Grease and Outside Air Ducts, Dampers, Louvers, Pumps, Fans, Variable Air Volume, Fan Coil Units, Cabinet Unit Heaters, Heat Pumps, Air Handlers, Roof Top Units.
Comprehensive knowledge of multiple HVAC material applications: Galvanized, Aluminum, Stainless, Steel, Specialty Plastics, Fasteners, Flanges, Sealants, and Hangers.
Receives direct supervision and performs technical responsibilities.
Coordinates own tasks with a specific range of responsibilities under established procedures.
Contributes to a team under general supervision of an experienced professional or manager.
Skilled specialist that demonstrates reliable judgment in resolving issues and making recommendations.
Promote a positive learning environment in mentoring and directing of apprentices.
Understand and implement lockout/tag-out procedures for safe and secure task(s)
Perform testing, inspecting, and recording for all rough-in installations as required by building codes and project specifications.
Maintain all tools and equipment in serviceable condition.
Use materials and other resources conservatively to promote project success and profitability.
Participate in the orientation of new partners on your job site.
Install all systems and products per code, specifications, submittals, and contract documents.
Provide applicable input promptly to maintain current “As-Built” record drawings.
Experience:
Demonstrates understanding of McCarthy Safety Guidelines and Procedures.
Minimum 4 years’ experience.
$1.00 increase to base pay if licensed.
