Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans


• Provide direct speech-language therapy services


• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help residents achieve their goals


• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Idaho


• SNF experience preferred but not required


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
