Salary: $55.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD Hourly

Pay: Competitive and based on experience



Working Hours: 7.5 hours per day, with timing dependent on the building:

• 
  Elementary Schools: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM
  
  


• 
  Middle Schools: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  
  


• 
  High Schools: 7:15 AM - 2:45 PM
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Identification:

• Organize and conduct programs to identify students with potential speech and language difficulties.
  
  


• Evaluate speech and language functions to determine needs.
  
  

Program Development and Implementation:

• Design clinical programs for identified students with speech or language impairments and other related disabilities (e.g., intellectual disabilities, autism).
  
  


• Implement evidence-based clinical interventions and track progress.
  
  

Compliance and Professional Standards:

• Ensure adherence to state standards, district policies, and ASHA guidelines in referral, screening, and placement processes.
  
  


• Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  
  

Program Management:

• Demonstrate effective program management skills for organizing resources and scheduling.
  
  

Diagnostic and Intervention Services:

• Obtain and apply diagnostic information to support individualized intervention plans.
  
  

Additional Duties:

• Perform other tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the speech-language program.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
  
  


• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  
  


• Special Education Certificate in Speech and Language Impairment
  
  


• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) for interacting with students, parents, and staff
  
  


• Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse student and community population
